Heidi Greenwood, M.S., CSCS

My Mission

My mission is to inspire you to be the best version of yourself.  I will help you develop a routine and adjust it as life throws curves balls.  I believe in approaching all things with balance and moderation.  This approach with health and fitness will allow you to find consistency and this will result in life long success.  

Fitness Expertise

Feel confident working with an educated and experienced personal trainer.  I have a Masters of Science in Kinesiology, Bachelors of Science in Physical Education, Exercise Science and Wellness, and I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS-NSCA), Stott Reformer Pilates Instructor, and Pre & Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist (Fit for Birth).  Along with my certifications I was a 2016 Qualified Olympic Marathon Trials (2:42:08) Qualifier, and was a 2008 NCAA Div. II National Champion at 1500 meters.
